Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $250K - $350K base salary + commission

Lead enterprise client relationships at a $100M+ B2B technology company serving Fortune 100 clients. Our platform drives digital transformation initiatives for the world's largest organizations, with average client contracts ranging from $2M-$10M annually.

Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management (50%): Own P&L for $25M-$40M portfolio • Develop multi-year plans • Lead QBRs • Identify expansion • Negotiate contracts

GTM Strategy & Execution (30%): Collaborate on roadmap • Lead solution design • Coordinate delivery • Manage deployments • Drive adoption

Business Development (20%): Identify prospects • Lead complex sales • Present at conferences • Mentor AMs • Collaborate on case studies

Qualifications

REQUIRED: 8+ years enterprise software sales • Fortune 100 accounts • $20M+ portfolios • Complex sales cycles • Strong technical background • MBA preferred

PREFERRED: Digital transformation exp • $10M+ quota • President's Club • Challenger/MEDDIC certified • Channel partnerships

Benefits
