Provide high-level executive support to Managing Partner and investment team in fast-paced private equity environment. Manage complex scheduling, investor relations coordination, and confidential communications while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $85K - $110K base salary

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Support a $750M private equity firm with 20+ years of successful investing across technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Our portfolio companies span Series B through growth equity, with a focus on operational value creation and strategic exits.

Responsibilities

Executive Support & Scheduling (60%)
• Manage complex calendars for 3-4 senior partners including board meetings, investor calls, and deal activities
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
• Prepare meeting materials, board packages, and presentation decks
• Handle confidential correspondence and communications with portfolio company executives
• Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative tasks

Investor Relations Support (25%)
• Coordinate investor meetings, annual partner meetings, and LP advisory committee sessions
• Assist with investor communication scheduling and follow-up activities
• Maintain investor contact database and communication logs
• Support preparation of investor reports and quarterly updates
• Coordinate due diligence meetings and investment committee preparations

Operations & Project Management (15%)
• Support special projects including fund formation and portfolio company initiatives
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams on fund operations
• Maintain filing systems for legal documents, fund agreements, and investment records
• Assist with office management and vendor coordination
• Support HR functions including recruiting coordination and employee events

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years executive assistant experience in financial services, private equity, or investment management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating executive travel
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous private equity or investment banking support experience
• Experience with investor relations and LP communication
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
• Project management experience with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
