Senior AI Workflow Consultant
Department: Operations & AI Strategy
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Remote (Seattle preferred)

Compensation: $130K - $170K base salary

AI Workflow Architecture (50%)
• Design end-to-end automation workflows integrating GPT-4, Claude, and custom AI agents
• Build sophisticated Zapier/Make.com automations connecting 20+ business applications
• Develop Clay enrichment workflows for lead generation and account intelligence
• Create ClickUp project management automations with AI-powered task routing and prioritization
• Architect scalable solutions supporting enterprise-level data volumes and complexity
Client Implementation & Consulting (30%)
• Lead discovery sessions with C-level executives to identify automation opportunities
• Design custom AI workflow solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Manage implementation timelines, stakeholder communication, and change management
• Provide training and documentation for client teams on AI tool adoption
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and optimization recommendations
Innovation & Tool Development (20%)
• Stay current on emerging AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms
• Build proprietary AI agents and workflow templates for common business use cases
• Experiment with new GPT models, prompt engineering techniques, and integration methods
• Contribute to internal automation framework and best practices documentation
• Collaborate with engineering team on custom API integrations and tool development
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years experience in business automation, workflow optimization, or AI implementation
• Expert proficiency with GPT-based tools, advanced prompt engineering, and AI agent development
• Deep experience with Zapier, Make.com, and similar automation platforms (1000+ workflows built)
• Strong background in Clay, Apollo, or similar data enrichment and prospecting tools
• Proven track record implementing ClickUp, Notion, or enterprise project management systems
• Experience with API integrations, webhook management, and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients and enterprise sales cycles
• Background in RevOps, MarTech, or business process optimization
• Experience with custom AI model training, fine-tuning, or RAG implementations
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and enterprise security requirements
• Track record of delivering measurable ROI through automation initiatives
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $130K - $170K
• Bonus: 15-25% based on client satisfaction scores and project delivery metrics
• Equity: 0.2% - 0.5% (high-growth consulting firm with exit potential)
