These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your enrollment in and use of the text-messaging program operated by Meydenbauer Partners LLC (“Meydenbauer Partners,” “MBC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our SMS Privacy Policy.
The Meydenbauer Partners SMS program is a transactional, client-servicing messaging program. Messages relate to active engagements and account servicing, and may include project status updates and delivery notifications; meeting and scheduling confirmations, reminders, and reschedules; billing, invoicing, payment, and account notices; and responses to inbound client questions. This program does not send marketing, promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising content, and is not used for cold-outreach recruiting or prospecting.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — through a client onboarding form, a signed engagement or statement of work, or a verified written request — you expressly consent to receive text messages from Meydenbauer Partners at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. You should expect messages only when there is activity on your account or engagement (for example, a scheduled meeting, a status change, or an invoice). We do not send recurring campaigns or scheduled promotional broadcasts under this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Meydenbauer Partners does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Please contact your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which no additional messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, contact your account owner or email admin@mbcpartners.co.
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or email admin@mbcpartners.co. You will receive a reply with contact information and program details.
Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major and minor carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, a resident of the United States, and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Meydenbauer Partners may modify or terminate the SMS program, or these SMS Terms, at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Your mobile number and SMS data are handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
The SMS program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meydenbauer Partners disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Meydenbauer Partners is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages, or for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the SMS program.
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the SMS program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
